Today on Flashpoints: We’ll analyze and reflect on the weekends massive national protests against racist police violence in response to the choke-hold murder of George Floyd by a white Minneapolis police office on May 25. Unbelievable scenes of massive protests rocked over 20 cities including the capital Washington DC where streets burned this weekend and at one point the White House went dark as Trump was forced into a secure bunker. While much of the weekends protests appeared sporadic, a few specific symbols such as the former slave market in Fayetteville North Carolina and the headquarters of the Daughters of the Confederacy were set ablaze by angry protesters who vowed to keep up the pressure
