United Farm Workers President Arturo Rodriguez, Will be speaking to us about Ceaser Chavez, and the push to make his birthday A national holiday. Arturo Will also touch upon the recent victory for UFW against E and J Gallo. Andrea Mercado will be bringing us an update on the Domestic Workers Alliance and their efforts to get Legislation for a Domestic Workers Bill of Rights. Rene Saucedo from Centro Legal De La Raza will be joining us Via Telephone to update us on Ca. Assembly Bill 26, the draconian Immigration Enforcement Act based on Arizona’s SB 1070 . Rene will also comment on Tim Donnelly, an Assembly member of the 59th District, and his Anti Immigrant Rally on April 4th 2011 at the Capitol steps.
