Hundreds of police from over a dozen law enforcement agencies attacked and arrested peaceful protestors at Occupy Oakland yesterday morning.

Today on Flashpoints: Police in Oakland criticially wound an Iraqi war vet, Scott Olsen, with a close range tear gas shot to his head:

We’ll speak to one of the Occupy Oaklanders who carried and comforted Olsen, after he was shot by police at close range in the head: We’ll speak to a vet from Iraq Vetrans Against the War, for an update on Olsen’s condition and some background on the wounded vet: We’ll get a report from Davey D, who was on the frontlines last night, taking notes and talking to folks who had a lot to say, even as the police commenced with more heavily armed attacks on the unarmed citizens of Oakland.
