Today on Flashpoints we continue our week of broadcasts from Standing Rock. We’ll cover a tense protest that took place in front of the federal building in downtown Bismark, as police did everything in
their power to prevent it from taking place, including blocking off
the main exits on the freeway that lead to the capital, forcing the a
hundred car caravan of water supporters from Standing Rock to seek
side roads and alternative roots to the city center. Also, an
