Today on Flashpoints as we go to air professor Yang Yoon-Mo is beginning the 50th day of a hunger strike to protest the construction of a Korean naval base in Gangjeong village on the island of Jeju. The professor is also beginning his 21st day in prison. He is being held because of his action to protect the fragile ecosystem of the island and its surroundings. Also we welcome back Russ Baker, the author of Family of Secrets: The Bush Dynasty, America’s Invisible Government, and the Hidden History of the Last Fifty Years.
