Today on flashpoints we continue our coverage of the illegal US war against Libya. We’ll be joined by Matt Rothschild, editor of the progressive magazine about a violation of international law in the US War Powers Act. We’ll have a n in depth conversation with Naseer Aruri chancellor professor emeritus at UMass Dartmouth. We’ll be joined in studio by revolutionary writer Larry Everest. Also the center for constitutional rights appeals warrantless wiretapping ruling. We’ll speak to CCR attorney Shayana Kadidal to talk about the appeal and the dangers of the draconian wiretap laws.
