Today on Flashpoints, we take a closer look at recent statements by republican senatorial candidate Todd Akin claiming that what has been called legitimate rape should be grounds for limiting a womans right to an abortion. Next, we go to Tripoli, Libya for a special report on car bombings and assassinations attributed to Gaddafi loyalest. We then revisit Syria amid reports of increasing human rights violations committed by the Free Syrian Army. Finally we talk to organizers of the Caravan for Peace who recently received the news that the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan has denied visas to two young members of the Afghan peace volunteers.
