Today on Flashpoints: We revisit the killing of 13 year old Andy Lopez in Santa Rosa California by Sonoma county deputy sheriff Erick Gelhaus on October 22 2013. Not only was Gelhaus exonerated but the community was shocked to learn he was actually promoted recently to the rank of sergeant in the department. We also feature our weekly special report with flashpoint's executive producer Dennis Bernstein, Elections Crime bulletin featuring Greg Pallast. Finally we return to Haiti for an update on the upcoming elections the United States is refusing to help finance.
